F90X ("we", "us", "our") operates a football viewing arena in Nairobi, Kenya, and the website at f90x.com. Our registered business details are [company registration number], [registered address].

By buying a ticket or entering the arena you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not purchase a ticket.

A ticket admits one named holder to one screening event, once. Tickets are sold for the next scheduled event at the venue; you do not select a specific match at checkout.

Each ticket is issued with an assigned seat number (for example A1, B7, F12) and a unique QR code. The seat number printed on your ticket is the seat you are entitled to occupy.

The QR code is invalidated permanently on its first successful scan at the entrance. A code that has already been scanned will be refused, whoever presents it.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Reselling a ticket, or reproducing, sharing or altering a QR code, voids it without refund.

You must present your QR code (on a phone screen or printed) at the entrance. We may also ask for photo identification.

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. General Entry and VIP are priced separately and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number.

Seats are held for a limited period while you complete payment. If payment is not confirmed within that window, the hold is released and the seats return to sale.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and your ticket email has been issued.

Doors typically open 90 minutes before kick-off. Please arrive early; late arrival does not entitle you to a refund.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on violence, harassment, discriminatory or abusive behaviour, and unlawful substances. We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone breaching this policy without refund.

The minimum age for unaccompanied entry is [18]. Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Security checks and bag searches may be carried out as a condition of entry.

Smoking, outside food or drink, professional recording equipment and pyrotechnics are not permitted.

Screenings depend on third-party broadcast feeds. If a match is postponed, cancelled or the broadcast becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you entry to an alternative event or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

We may change the advertised fixture list, seating layout or opening times where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from your ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You are responsible for your personal belongings while on the premises.

We may photograph or film inside the arena for promotional use. By entering, you consent to appearing in such material. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff on arrival and email us at info@f90x.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction.
